History to Current Position – (09/2001 to 08/2005 Real Estate Agent) (08/2005/Present - Real Estate Broker - Top Producer | REALTOR® - First year licensed agent with Hometown Realty, six years with MountCastle Homes a custom home builder and then an Associate Broker and Relocation Specialist with Long & Foster Realtors. In 2017 Lauren and I started Kane Company Realty. Duties while holding these positions included the managing of the stages regarding the sale and or purchase of real estate including single family homes, condominiums, town homes and land. This assistance has been given to all types from first time home buyer's, growing families, luxury home clients and those who are downsizing. Some factors which I think are very important and ones that I have mastered, include accurately determining the value of properties using up to date comparable properties and tax records. Determining your home's value is to me one of the most important stages of selling a home and I have multiple levels of classes in real estate appraisal and have completed thousands of home value analysis reports over the years. Another very important stage is the writing and negotiating of contracts for the purchase and or sale of residential properties including assisting with the acquisition of land for right of ways and development. Additionally I have mastered working with mortgage lenders and closing attorneys to ensure that the transaction is properly completed in a timely fashion. This is all completed to conform to the agreed upon factors as written in the contract. The most important factor is ensuring that the client is highly satisfied with the results of my efforts.
